Here, we achieved all the four steps shown below for our goal.
・BIT part
1.Check the α strand nonlinear amplification system using drain α in PEN DNA tool box.
・CLOT part
2.Design the linker strand which enables the aggregation of beads covered with DNA strands, and α to linker template.
3.Check that the template can convert α to linker from α strand.
・BIT CLOT part
4. Achieve nonlinear beads aggregation from the difference of α strand initial concentration.
In the end, in our project, we succeeded in constructing non-linear aggregation system which is seen in vivo using isothermal reaction.
Now, we hope to control the size of aggregation and to construct disaggregation system. By these, we will be able to broaden the range of application.
